  • 2 pkg
    8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar(s)
    12 oz. pizza sauce

How to Make Hot Pizza Dip

  1. Combine cream cheese and italian seasoning together an mix. Spread this on the bottom of a deep dish baker stone from pampered chef. If you do not have a deep dish baker stone, put in a square 8 or 9 inch glass dish.
Combine the two shredded cheeses together.
Spread 1/2 of the mixture on the cream cheese layer.
Spread the pizza sauce on top of the shredded cheese layer.
Spread the rest of shredded cheeses on top of the pizza sauce.
  2. Put in the microwave for 4 to 5 minutes. Edges will bubble.
Take out and serve with crackers or thin pieces of sliced french bread (you can buy them in the bakery section of your grocery store).
I have bought french bread and sliced it and spread butter and sprinkle granulated garlic on the top of the thin slices. Then bake them in a 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and brown.
