hot feta and artichoke dip

I can't make enough of this when I take it out. I serve it with garlic-roasted Triscuts. Serve with crackers and watch it disappear. David Copperfield has nothing on this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichokes (14 oz)
  • 2 cups Feta (8 oz)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder, to taste

How To Make hot feta and artichoke dip

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain artichokes and dice them.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
    Fold in the Feta.
  • Step 4
    Spread into a 2 quart baking dish or pie plate. Bake approximately 20 - 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • Step 5
    Serve with crackers.
