I can't make enough of this when I take it out. I serve it with garlic-roasted Triscuts. Serve with crackers and watch it disappear. David Copperfield has nothing on this recipe.

Rich and creamy, this hot Feta and artichoke dip is fantastic. The combination of Feta and Parmesan cheese makes this dip savory and special. There are chunks of artichokes throughout the easy-to-make dip. Serve with crackers, as a holiday appetizer, a less formal gathering, or even as a game day snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichokes (14 oz)
  • 2 cups Feta (8 oz)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder, to taste

How To Make hot feta and artichoke dip

  • Drain artichokes and dice them.
    Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain artichokes and dice them.
  • Combine artichokes, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

    In a medium bowl, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Fold in the Feta.

  • Spread into a 2 quart baking dish or pie plate and bake.
