I can't make enough of this when I take it out. I serve it with garlic-roasted Triscuts. Serve with crackers and watch it disappear. David Copperfield has nothing on this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 can artichokes (14 oz)
- 2 cups Feta (8 oz)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder, to taste
How To Make hot feta and artichoke dip

Step 1Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Drain artichokes and dice them.

Step 2In a medium bowl, combine artichokes, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

Step 3Fold in the Feta.

Step 4Spread into a 2 quart baking dish or pie plate. Bake approximately 20 - 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
