- 4 1/2 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
How To Make hot and spicy pecans texas style

Step 1Place pecans in a 15 x 13 x 1 inch baking pan.

Step 2Bake uncovered at 300F for 10 minutes.

Step 3Meanwhile melt butter; stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, red pepper, hot pepper sauce and cloves.

Step 4Drizzle over pecans in pan, stir gently.

Step 5Bake 10 minutes more, stirring once.

Step 6Turn onto foil, cool.
