1/2 c
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
seasoned salt
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp
ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/8 tsp
ground cloves

How to Make Hot and Spicy Pecans Texas Style


  • 1Place pecans in a 15 x 13 x 1 inch baking pan.
  • 2Bake uncovered at 300F for 10 minutes.
  • 3Meanwhile melt butter; stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, red pepper, hot pepper sauce and cloves.
  • 4Drizzle over pecans in pan, stir gently.
  • 5Bake 10 minutes more, stirring once.
  • 6Turn onto foil, cool.
  • 7Makes 18 (1/4 cup) servings or 9 (1/2 cup) servings.
