How to Make HOMEMADE CARAMEL CORN
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees:
Melt butter add brown sugar,corn syrup and salt. Cook over medium stirring constantly until mixture boils then cook 5 minutes without stirring. before pouring over popcorn add baking soda, - place popped corn on jelly roll pan do not over crowd and pour mixture over popped corn, fi not using all popcorn save some mixture for another pan.
- Place pan in oven and bake one hour turning popcorn every 15 minutes. Remove from oven completly and break up. Store in air tight container.
