  • 4 lb
    lean hamburger
  • 1/2 c
    curring salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    mustard seed
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 3 Tbsp
    dry red white, optional
  • 2/3 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Herb Beef Salami


  1. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for 3 days. Mix well each day.
  2. On the the 4th Day roll into 2 tight rolls.
  3. Bake @ 175 degrees for 8 hrs.
