Ingredients

  • 1 - 10 oz boxes frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
  • 1 - 14 oz cans artichoke hearts (put them in a blender until they are creamy)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 - 15 oz jars alfredo sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 - egg (beaten)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cans crescent rolls

How To Make heavenly spinach artichoke rolls

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Mix ingredients thoroughly (except butter & egg & saving a little mozarella cheese for the end) in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Open Crescent Rolls.
  • Step 4
    Put 1 tsp or tbs of your mixture onto each piece of the dough & close each one.
  • Step 5
    Spread a little of the egg over the edges of each roll to hold it together.
  • Step 6
    Spread the remaining egg over each roll.
  • Step 7
    Bake for 35 - 45 mins or until rolls are brown.
  • Step 8
    When your rolls start to brown, spread butter on them & sprinkle a little Mozzarella Cheese over them.
