THIS IS A GREAT SIDE OR APPETIZER. MY MOTHER DID NOT LIKE THE ORIGINAL NAME SO AS I STARTED MAKING THESE FOR MY FAMILY I CHANGED THE NAME. I HAVE ALSO MADE THESE WITH SEASONED BOILED SHRIMP ON TOP.

Ingredients

  •   8 large
    hard boiled eggs
  •   1 Tbsp
    mayo or miracle whipp
  •   1 tsp
    paprika
  •   1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • LESS OR MORE TO TASTE. I PREFER MIRACLE WHIPP.

How To Make

    BOIL EGGS. LET COOL AND PEEL.

    CUT OPEN THE EGGS AND SET YOKE TO THE SIDE.

    IN A SMALL BOWL MIX EGG YOKE AND MIRACLE WHIPP SALT AND PEPPER.
  • 4
    PUT THE YOKE MIXTURE IN EGGS SPRINKLE PAPRIKA ON TOP. ADD SHRIMP IF DESIRED.
