Add to Grocery List

handful of toothpicks
1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
1 large ripe avocado
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can green chiles, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
1 tsp. crushed pepper
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
you can add cooked ground beef or grilled chicken, chopped, if you wish

How to Make Guacamole Roll Ups


  • 1In large bowl, cut avocado in half, peel and remove pit. Use a fork to mash up avocado coarsely.
  • 2Mix in remaining ingredients gently as to keep it chunky. Microwave tortillas for a few seconds till warm. This will make them easier to handle.
  • 3Put the tortillas on flat surface; spread some of the guacamole mixture over half the tortillas shell. Add chopped chicken or ground beef if you like. Roll it up. Cut into 2 inch pieces. Use a toothpick to hold together. Arrange on long platter or individual mini bowls and serve with a small bowl of spicy salsa on the side.
