Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs hard boiled and peeled
  • 2 - ripe avocado's
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeno's
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons each cilantro and chives chopped

How To Make guacamole deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks and place in bowl. Cut the avocado's in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh and add to the bowl with the egg yolks.
  • Step 2
    With a fork mash the avocado and eggs yolks together. Add the lime juice, jalapeno, salt, cilantro and chives.
  • Step 3
    Rinse the egg whites in water and let dry. Spoon the avocado yolk mixture into the whites of the eggs.
