guacamole by maggie
I love guacamole, but I do not like cilantro. So I just took a basic guacamole recipe, removed the cilantro and spices, and fell in love with my version of guacamole. You can add spices and even cilantro if you want. I like this because it can be eaten like regular guacamole or spread on sandwiches - especially good on a chicken sandwich, top baked potatoes with it, or just eat it with a spoon!
