I found the recipe below on the Cooking Channel TV website and replaced 'sriracha' sauce in the original recipe with Korean 'gochujang'.

ears of corn, husks and silk removed
2 Tbsp
cooking oil (suitable for grilling/high heat)
1/2 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
korean gochujang sauce
2 Tbsp
fresh lime juice
2-4 Tbsp
fresh cilantro, minced

How to Make Grilled Corn on the Cob with Gochujang & Mayo

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
    Coat the corn evenly with the oil. Grill the corn, turning so that it cooks evenly and grill marks form, 10 to 12 minutes.
  • 2Mix together the mayonnaise, gochujang sauce and lime juice until smooth.
  • 3Coat the corn with the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro.
