I found the recipe below on the Cooking Channel TV website and replaced 'sriracha' sauce in the original recipe with Korean 'gochujang'.

- 4 - ears of corn, husks and silk removed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil (suitable for grilling/high heat)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons korean gochujang sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2-4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
How To Make grilled corn on the cob with gochujang & mayo

Step 1Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Coat the corn evenly with the oil. Grill the corn, turning so that it cooks evenly and grill marks form, 10 to 12 minutes.

Step 2Mix together the mayonnaise, gochujang sauce and lime juice until smooth.

Step 3Coat the corn with the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro.
