grilled corn on the cob with gochujang & mayo

I found the recipe below on the Cooking Channel TV website and replaced 'sriracha' sauce in the original recipe with Korean 'gochujang'.

Ingredients

  • 4 - ears of corn, husks and silk removed
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil (suitable for grilling/high heat)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons korean gochujang sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2-4 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced

How To Make grilled corn on the cob with gochujang & mayo

  • Step 1
    Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Coat the corn evenly with the oil. Grill the corn, turning so that it cooks evenly and grill marks form, 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Mix together the mayonnaise, gochujang sauce and lime juice until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Coat the corn with the mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro.
