green eyed devil eggs

Made it up with left overs. They were amazing so I thought I'd share. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 large egg, hard boiled
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, grainy
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 - pickled beet

How To Make green eyed devil eggs

  • Step 1
    Halve the eggs and scoop the yolk into a bowl with the avocado, mustard, horseradish, and cream. Mix until creamy.
  • Step 2
    Spoon mix into eggs.
  • Step 3
    Slice Beet thin. Top eggs with a slice.
  • Step 4
    Chill. and serve!
