egg, hard boiled
1 small
2 Tbsp
mustard, grainy
1 tsp
1/4 c
heavy whipping cream
pickled beet

How to Make Green Eyed Devil Eggs


  • 1Halve the eggs and scoop the yolk into a bowl with the avocado, mustard, horseradish, and cream. Mix until creamy.
  • 2Spoon mix into eggs.
  • 3Slice Beet thin. Top eggs with a slice.
  • 4Chill. and serve!
