Ingredients
- 4 large egg, hard boiled
- 1 small avocado
- 2 tablespoons mustard, grainy
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 - pickled beet
How To Make green eyed devil eggs

Step 1Halve the eggs and scoop the yolk into a bowl with the avocado, mustard, horseradish, and cream. Mix until creamy.

Step 2Spoon mix into eggs.

Step 3Slice Beet thin. Top eggs with a slice.

Step 4Chill. and serve!
