Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 4 - eggs beaten well
- 1/2 cup pepperoni diced
- 1 cup diced mozzarell cheese
- 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 - pie crust shell
How To Make grandma's artichoke pie

Step 1Drain artichokes and cut each one in half. In bowl mix together artichokes, eggs, pepperoni,mozzarella cheese, salt , pepper and grated cheese. Pour into pie shell and bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes!
