Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 1/2 ounces dried beef, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 - green onions and tops, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter

Step 1Combine cheese and milk, mix well. Stir in beef, pepper, onion, and seasonings. Mix well and fold in sour cream. Spread in 8" pie plate. Heat pecans in butter, 2 T or so, and 1/2 t salt. Sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 20 min. Serve with crackers, sliced white bread, trimmed of crust and quartered, toasted crisp would also be good with this.
