Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons Kewpie mayo or regular mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar out of the pickled ginger jar
  • pickled ginger
  • 4 tablespoons Furikake seasoning

How To Make furikake deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Let cool and peel the eggs. Cut them in half and separate the yolks and the whites.
  • Step 2
    Mash the yolks and add the mayo, sesame oil, and vinegar from the pickled ginger.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle the Furikake on a plate.
  • Step 4
    Take the white parts of the eggs and dip them in the Furikake.
  • Step 5
    Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the whites and top with some pickled ginger.
