my husband had this in a restaurant so when he told me about it, i tried it on my own....wonderful 'finger food' for parties. with the holiday season can make ahead and microwave when ready.

Ingredients

  • 1 - bag frozen mini ravioli
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup italian flavored bread crumbs
  • - oil for frying

How To Make fried ravioli

  • Step 1
    HEAT ABOUT 1/2 INCH OF OIL TILL HOT.
  • Step 2
    MIX EGG WITH 1/4 CUP OF MILK. BEAT WELL
  • Step 3
    PLACE BREADCRUMBS IN SEPARATE BOWL.
  • Step 4
    WHILE STILL FROZEN ,DIP RAVIOLI IN EGG, THEN IN BREADCRUMBS. PUT IN HOT OIL, BROWN, AFTER ABOUT TWO MINUTES, TURN OVER TO BROWN OTHER SIDE.
  • Step 5
    PLACE ON PAPER TOWEL TO DRAIN. EAT. ENJOY....MARINARA SAUCE IS GREAT FOR DIPPING!
