This is an awesome dip and is also great on baked potatoes. Cool, spicy and creamy...serve at one of your upcoming festivities, it's sure to be a hit! If you like avocado, you will love this dip! Delicious!!!!

Ingredients

1 medium to large ripe avocado
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper - spicy one
1 medium clove garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
1 tablespoon lime juice
veggies - , crackers or corn chips to dip

How To Make ~ firecracker dip ~

Step 1

Place all ingredients in food processor bowl, and process until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Chill and serve with assorted vegetables, corn chips, tortilla chips and is even great on a baked potato! Delicious!!!
