This dip is delicious. You can make it with ground beef or ground turkey. For you vegetarians out there, just skip the meat. My husband and kids love this!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 - 1.5 cans refried beans
  • 2/3 cup black beans, canned (rinsed)
  • 1 cup water
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 packages taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3/4 cup fresh salsa

How To Make fast and easy mexican skillet bean dip

  • Step 1
    In a large skillet brown ground beef or ground turkey; drain, return to skillet.
  • Step 2
    Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well with a spatula.
  • Step 3
    Cook on low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
