This dip is delicious. You can make it with ground beef or ground turkey. For you vegetarians out there, just skip the meat. My husband and kids love this!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 - 1.5 can(s)
    refried beans
  • 2/3 c
    black beans, canned (rinsed)
  • 1 c
    water
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    fresh salsa

How to Make Fast and Easy Mexican Skillet Bean Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large skillet brown ground beef or ground turkey; drain, return to skillet.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well with a spatula.
  3. Cook on low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
