Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 - 1.5 cans refried beans
- 2/3 cup black beans, canned (rinsed)
- 1 cup water
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 packages taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3/4 cup fresh salsa

Step 1In a large skillet brown ground beef or ground turkey; drain, return to skillet.

Step 2Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well with a spatula.

Step 3Cook on low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Add more water if needed for desired consistency. Enjoy with your favorite tortilla chips.
