Ingredients
- 2-14 oz - cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 - jalapeno seeded
- 1/2 - onion quartered
- 1 - handful of cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make elliot's salsa

Step 1Put 1 can of tomoatoes into the blender, add 1/2 onion (quartered).

Step 2Remove the seeds and ribbing from jalapeno, add the jalapeno and 1 handful of cilantro leaves. Blend these ingredients.

Step 3Add second can of tomatoes, blend again and add lemon juice and salt; blend. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mix.
