Ingredients

  • 2-14 oz - cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 - jalapeno seeded
  • 1/2 - onion quartered
  • 1 - handful of cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make elliot's salsa

  • Step 1
    Put 1 can of tomoatoes into the blender, add 1/2 onion (quartered).
  • Step 2
    Remove the seeds and ribbing from jalapeno, add the jalapeno and 1 handful of cilantro leaves. Blend these ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Add second can of tomatoes, blend again and add lemon juice and salt; blend. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to mix.
