- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon msg
- 2 tablespoons sake
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups rice
How To Make easy sushi rice

Step 1In a saucepan combine the sake, MSG, & rice vinegar. Then stir in the salt & sugar has fully dissolved. Bring to a full boil for about 20 mins.

Step 2Then pour over freshly cooked rice & stir constantly until the rice is fully coated.

Step 3Then use to make your very own sushi your way.
