I've seen numerous versions of this recipe the last couple of weeks. I have never tried to make one before but decided to give it a try. You can substitute the stuffings with anything you want. Let's get creative!

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 package ranch dip powder
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make easy ham and cheddar pinwheels

  • Step 1
spread pizza dough out into a rectangle. You can stretch it as big as you want, but don't tear the dough.
  • Step 2
Sprinkle Ranch mix onto dough, being sure to cover all of it. Repeat steps with ham then cheese.
  • Step 3
Starting at one end, roll the dough into a "log". Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for a couple of hours to over night.
  • Step 4
    preheat oven to 425.
  • Step 5
unwrap dough. Slice into even size pieces so they look like a round pinwheel.
  • Step 6
place slices on greased baking sheet. Bake in oven 10 to 16 minutes until dough is done and cheese is melted.
