1onions, small white

1 jar(s)dried beef

1 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
How to Make Easy Cheese Ball
- Chop the onion and beef in to small pieces.
- place cream cheese in to a bowl and mix in the beef and onion and cup of the cheddar cheese. Work it till it is mixed together well.Shape in to a ball. Take the 1/2 cup of cheese and place it on wax paper and roll your ball around it till cheese is all around it.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour serve with any cracker your family likes.
