I have always loved deviled eggs. This was the recipe mom made, and I prefer it with the green onion tops rather than the watercress.

    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 c
    minced watercress or green onion tops
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Dublin Deviled Eggs, Mom's


  1. Mix all but greens together then add egg yolks. There may be more than you need, so add until the right consistency. Stuff eggs and sprinkle with greens.
