I have always loved deviled eggs. This was the recipe mom made, and I prefer it with the green onion tops rather than the watercress.

Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 cup minced watercress or green onion tops
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 teaspoon onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

How To Make dublin deviled eggs, mom's

  • Step 1
    Mix all but greens together then add egg yolks. There may be more than you need, so add until the right consistency. Stuff eggs and sprinkle with greens.
