deviled ham eggs

We love deviled eggs in our house and these were a big hit. A little different than your traditional deviled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 6 - large hard boiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayo
  • 1/2 cup of canned deviled ham ( i use underwood )
  • 1 teaspoon coarse grain mustard
  • 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make deviled ham eggs

  • Step 1
    Split the eggs in half like you would normally for deviled eggs. Take out the yolks and mash them up in a bowl and set aside.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the remaining ingredients and then fill the egg halfs.
  • Step 3
    You can sprinkle with parsley or paprika then serve.
