Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 can underwood deviled ham (4-1/2 oz)
- 1 - hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
How To Make deviled ham/dijon appetizers

Step 1Chop onion and egg.

Step 2Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.

Step 3In a bowl, mix together deviled ham, chopped egg, onion, relish and mustard. Spoon mixture into cucumber shells. Chill.

Step 4When ready to serve, cut cucumber diagonally into 1" pieces, and plate nicely. Makes about 2 dozen.
