Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 can underwood deviled ham (4-1/2 oz)
  • 1 - hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

How To Make deviled ham/dijon appetizers

  • Step 1
    Chop onion and egg.
  • Step 2
    Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  • Step 3
    In a bowl, mix together deviled ham, chopped egg, onion, relish and mustard. Spoon mixture into cucumber shells. Chill.
  • Step 4
    When ready to serve, cut cucumber diagonally into 1" pieces, and plate nicely. Makes about 2 dozen.
