Ingredients For deviled ham/dijon appetizers

  • 1 can
    underwood deviled ham (4-1/2 oz)
  • 1
    hard-cooked egg, coarsely chopped
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard

How To Make deviled ham/dijon appetizers

    Chop onion and egg.
  • 2
    Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
  • 3
    In a bowl, mix together deviled ham, chopped egg, onion, relish and mustard. Spoon mixture into cucumber shells. Chill.

    When ready to serve, cut cucumber diagonally into 1" pieces, and plate nicely. Makes about 2 dozen.
