Sometimes the recipes for Deviled Eggs make way too many for just two people,so I created this recipe.If you like you can change the amounts of salt,pepper,and sugar according to your own personal taste.Prep time does not include boiling the eggs.Chill time is cook time.Posted to Just A Pinch on July 3rd.,2011.

Ingredients For deviled eggs for 2

  • 2
    large hard-boiled eggs, cut eggs in half length wise
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp
    yellow mustard (add a bit more if you want it a bit tangier)
  • 1/4 tsp
    each of salt,pepper, and sugar( or to taste)
  • paprika, sweet mild to sprinkle on eggs

How To Make deviled eggs for 2

    In a small bowl,add egg yolks and mash well.
  • 2
    Add all remaining ingredients( except for paprika )and mix well.
  • 3
    Divide egg yolk mixture evenly between egg whites and sprinkle with paprika. Chill for 30 minutes.
