Ingredients

  • 6 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, dijon or brown
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika or to taste for topping

How To Make deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Peel eggs and halve lenghtwise; remove the yolks reserving the whites. In a small bowl mash the yolks with mayonaise, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Refill the whites, sprinkle with paprika.
  • Step 3
    Yield: 1 dozen
