Ingredients

6 large
hard boiled eggs
1/4 c
mayonnaise
1 tsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
mustard, dijon or brown
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp
paprika or to taste for topping

How to Make Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Peel eggs and halve lenghtwise; remove the yolks reserving the whites. In a small bowl mash the yolks with mayonaise, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper.
  • 2Refill the whites, sprinkle with paprika.
  • 3Yield: 1 dozen
