Ingredients

  • 6 large
    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    mustard, dijon or brown
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    paprika or to taste for topping

How to Make Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel eggs and halve lenghtwise; remove the yolks reserving the whites. In a small bowl mash the yolks with mayonaise, vinegar, mustard and salt and pepper.
  2. Refill the whites, sprinkle with paprika.
  3. Yield: 1 dozen
