You can chop up the eggs and make egg salad instead. Add some finely minced celery for a little crunch.

hard boiled eggs
1/4 c
minced black olive
1/3 c
mayonnaise - use good quality real mayonnaise such as hellman's or duke's
paprika (optional)

How to Make Dee's Black Olive Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  • 1Halve the hard boiled eggs lengthwise. Place cooked egg yolks in a bowl.
  • 2Mash egg yolks. Mix with remaining ingredients.
  • 3Pipe or spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with a little paprika and serve. Delicious!
