You can chop up the eggs and make egg salad instead. Add some finely minced celery for a little crunch.

    hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 c
    minced black olive
  • 1/3 c
    mayonnaise - use good quality real mayonnaise such as hellman's or duke's
  • ·
    paprika (optional)

How to Make Dee's Black Olive Deviled Eggs


  1. Halve the hard boiled eggs lengthwise. Place cooked egg yolks in a bowl.
  2. Mash egg yolks. Mix with remaining ingredients.
  3. Pipe or spoon egg yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with a little paprika and serve. Delicious!
