    hard boiled eggs peeled and cut in half
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    cream cheese softened
  • 2 tsp
    each dijon mustard and white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    mustard powder
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • ·
    paprika for garnish

How to Make Curried Deviled Eggs


  1. Remove the yolk from the whites of eggs. Place in bowl and add the mayo, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, vinegar, curry powder, mustard powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Pipe into egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
