I got this recipe from a 1980's Southern Living Annual Cook Book. Can't remember which one though. They're pretty tasty!

Ingredients
- 6 - hard cooked eggs
- 1/4 cup commercial sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 2 slices bacon, cooked crisply and crumbled
- - paprika
- - 6 green olives, halved
How To Make crunchy stuffed eggs

Step 1Peel eggs; slice in half legnthwise and carefully remove yolks.

Step 2Mash yolks and stir in sour cream, salt, pepper, parsley and bacon.

Step 3Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture; sprinkle with paprika and place an olive half on top.
