- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped bellpepper
- 1/2 can chopped celery
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 1/2 pound velveeta
- 1 pound crawfish tails
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon tony's creole seasoning
How To Make creole sauce

Step 1Saute onions, peppers, and celery in butter. Add 2 quarts water and crawfish. Bring to a boil and add Velveeta. Add cornstarch to thicken.
