Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped bellpepper
  • 1/2 can chopped celery
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 pound velveeta
  • 1 pound crawfish tails
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tony's creole seasoning

How To Make creole sauce

  • Step 1
    Saute onions, peppers, and celery in butter. Add 2 quarts water and crawfish. Bring to a boil and add Velveeta. Add cornstarch to thicken.
