Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 cup Creme Fraiche
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt
- sweet paprika, for garnish
- dill weed, for garnish
How To Make creme fraiche deviled eggs

Step 1Place water in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add the eggs onto a rack in the pot. Seal and pressure cook for 10 minutes. Quick release and place the eggs immediately into ice water.

Step 2Once cooled, peel and cut in half, and remove the yolk to a bowl and set the whites on a platter.

Step 3Smash the yolks and mix with creme fraiche and mustard. Season with salt.

Step 4Then pipe or spoon into the whites. Sprinkle with sweet paprika and dill weed.
