I love my Instant Pot to make hard-boiled eggs. The peel slides right off, and they are always perfect.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Creme Fraiche
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • sweet paprika, for garnish
  • dill weed, for garnish

How To Make creme fraiche deviled eggs

  • Step 1
    Place water in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add the eggs onto a rack in the pot. Seal and pressure cook for 10 minutes. Quick release and place the eggs immediately into ice water.
  • Step 2
    Once cooled, peel and cut in half, and remove the yolk to a bowl and set the whites on a platter.
  • Step 3
    Smash the yolks and mix with creme fraiche and mustard. Season with salt.
  • Step 4
    Then pipe or spoon into the whites. Sprinkle with sweet paprika and dill weed.
