Crack Dip is a fun and tasty crowd-pleasing easy ranch dip recipe that is perfect for movie nights, game day, and parties. This cream cheese-based dip is loaded with cheddar cheese, bacon, green onion, and ranch seasoning. A word of caution as the flavor is slightly addicting. Serve with a variety of crackers, chips, and veggies.

Ingredients For crack dip

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 oz
    package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar
  • 3
    green onions thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp
    fresh ground black pepper

    slices crispy cooked bacon chopped or ½ cup bacon bits
  • assorted chips, crackers, carrot sticks, celery stickers, and bell pepper wedges.

How To Make crack dip

    Set aside 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar, chopped bacon, and green onions.

    Add the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar, green onions, and ground black pepper to a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the chopped bacon. Beat the mixture with a handheld electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

    Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with the cheddar, bacon, and green onions that are set aside.

    For best results, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
