For the people who love corn fritters, on this recipe I made in bread pudding-style. It was a great for the side of baked chicken, potato au gratin and snap peas.

Ingredients

  • 10
    precooked corn fritters,cut into halves
  • 2 c
    fresh cornbread pieces
  • 1 c
    cubed process american cheese
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 3/4 c
    ranch dressing
  • 1 c
    cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c
    margarine
  • 4
    eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1
    packet dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c
    shredded colby jack cheese
  • 3/4 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How to Make Corn Fritter Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Add corn fritter pieces,cornbread pieces and american cheese cubes;mix well.
  3. In a large bowl,combine milk,ranch dressing,cream-style corn,margarine,eggs and onion soup mix,whisk together until blended.
  4. Pour into corn fritter mixture and sprinkle with cheeses.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
