For the people who love corn fritters, on this recipe I made in bread pudding-style. It was a great for the side of baked chicken, potato au gratin and snap peas.

Ingredients

  • 10 - precooked corn fritters,cut into halves
  • 2 cups fresh cornbread pieces
  • 1 cup cubed process american cheese
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 4 - eggs,lightly beaten
  • 1 - packet dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

How To Make corn fritter pudding

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.Add corn fritter pieces,cornbread pieces and american cheese cubes;mix well.
  • Step 3
    In a large bowl,combine milk,ranch dressing,cream-style corn,margarine,eggs and onion soup mix,whisk together until blended.
  • Step 4
    Pour into corn fritter mixture and sprinkle with cheeses.
  • Step 5
    Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
