I love coconut. Always have, since Grandma used to make a coconut coated lamb cake for Easter, and her secret recipe for coconut cream pie that everyone in the family wants, and only I got! So you make this into a dip, WOO HOO! Can't wait to try it!

can cream of coconut (such as coco lopez)
cool whip, thawed, divided
How To Make
Beat cream cheese and coconut cream in stand of large mixer with paddle attachment until smooth. Reserve 3/4 c cool whip for top and fold the rest in with the coconut mixture. Pack reserved topping into pastry bag fitted with a decorative tip. Spoon dip into a serving bowl and pipe remaining cool whip on top in a decorative pattern. Chill at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
