How to Make Cilantro Jalapeno Hummus

  1. Place all ingredients in blender starting with liquids. You may need to stop blender and stir a bit as it is a fairly thick consistency. Chill.
  2. Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
  3. Hint: the heat temperature of this recipe depends upon the amount of the jalapeno seeds you use. it is always recommended to wear gloves when handling fresh jalapeno's and ALWAYS avoid contact with your eyes!
