Ingredients
- 4 - avocados
- 2 - limes
- 1 - roasted red pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, diced
- 1 1/4 cups feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper, dried
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon sea or kosher salt
How To Make chunky mediterranean avacado dip

Step 1Squeeze juice from 2 limes (about 4 T) roast, remove skin & dice red pepper (or purchase in a jar) Dice olives

Step 2Cut avocados, remove pits & score while still in the shell to form a dice pattern.

Step 3Remove with a spoon directly into a large bowl with lime juice & toss to coat.

Step 4Add all remaining ingredients & mix well. Chill.
