chunky guacamole with tomato
I have been making this for years, and always get raves for it. You can adjust the amount of garlic and any other ingredients to suit your taste.

Ingredients
- 3 - avocados
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large tomato
- - salt and pepper
- - tabasco
- 1 - limes, juiced
How To Make chunky guacamole with tomato

Step 1Finely chop onion, and garlic place in medium size bowl. Chop tomato, place in bowl. Juice lime, add juice to bowl.

Step 2Slice avocado in half, scoop out avocado, cut into chunks, add to bowl. Add salt, pepper, and tabasco all to taste. Stir everything together. This can either be eaten immediately, but tastes even better if you place some plastic wrap over mixture, place in refrigerator for about 1 hour, then serve

Step 3Serve with tortilla chips or cucumber slices.
