Chili Chicken Dip

Just another dip recipe that is different from the regular chili dips.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


1 Tbsp
olive olive
1 small
onion, chopped
1 small
jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (opt.)
1 can(s)
10 ounces of white chicken, drained reserving liquid
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
small, of chopped green chilis
8 oz
cream cheese
8 oz
processed cheese, cubed


1Saute onion and jalapeno (opt.)in olive oil until soft.
2Put all ingredients except chicken liquid in a crock pot. Break up cream cheese a little with a spoon.
3Cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring occassionally until cheese is melted. Add some of the chicken liquid if dip is too thick. Serve with chips or dippers of choice.
