chili-cheese nachos
(1 RATING)
I found this recipe in the newspaper and tried it for our Super Bowl gathering. Everyone liked them. We had some left and I was able to re-heat them and they were still good.

Ingredients
- 1 package cup-shaped tortilla chips such as tostitos scoops
- 1 cup chili (can use homemade or purchased)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
How To Make chili-cheese nachos
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Fill each tortilla chip (cup) with chili and top with chopped onion. Sprinkle generously with shredded cheese and bake about 6 minutes, or until cheese melts. Bottom of chip may seem soft when you take these out of the oven but they will get a little more crispy after you put them on the plate.
