Ingredients
- 10 ounces roasted chestnuts
- 1/2 cup tahini paste
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon each cumin & cardamom
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chestnut hummus

Step 1Place all ingredients together in food processor except for olive oil. Process drizzling in the olive oil. If too thick add more water. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve with pita chips
