cheesy chili dip- a.k.a. "the. dip"
I am posting this in memory of my mom, Joyce. She was the best mom but she was not a woman of many recipes. So, here is her one and only recipe she passed on to me. Every holiday or occasion my kids always ask...Are you making "The Dip"? Perhaps, all you need is one good recipe and many wonderful memories! !!

Ingredients
- 2 -8 oz. - pkgs. of cream cheese
- 2-15 oz. - cans of chili-no beans
- 1-8oz. - pkg of shredded monterey /colby jack cheese
How To Make cheesy chili dip- a.k.a. "the. dip"

Step 1Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Use a 9x13 pan

Step 3Layer the bottom of pan with cream cheese by smoothing out the cream cheese with the back of a table spoon to create the 1st of 3 layers

Step 4Then spread the cans of chili over the cream cheese to create the 2nd layer

Step 5Next sprinkle the pkg of shredded cheese to create the 3rd and final layer

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 20-22 minutes until cheese starts to bubble.
