How to Make Cheesie Mini Pizza's

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger and sausage until crumbly.
  2. Add spices to taste and then drain off fat. Add cubbed velveeta and stir until melted. You may use all or part of the brick but I usually use 1/2 and shred the rest for topping later.
  3. Then toast party bread slices in the oven. Spread mixture on party bread and top with olives, veggies or anything you'd eat on a pizza including more shredded cheese and enjoy.
  4. These can also be put on a cookie sheet and frozen then stacked in a bread bag for warming up later when needed. They warm up great in the microwave.
