This is a very good appetizer. I have received MANY good reviews on this, so, that this is what most request for me to make. It is VERY EASY to prepare, and doesn't take much time.

Ingredients
- 1 bottle worchestershire sauce
- 1 - stick of butter
- - ground black pepper....(adjust to your liking)
How To Make cajun mushrooms

Step 1Clean mushrooms....melt butter in saucepan, add worchestershire sauce, mushrooms, and pepper. Bring to a boil...mix occasionally, reduce heat, and let simmer until butter separates (about 20 min.)...remove from heat, scoop out mushrooms with slotted spoon and serve....(I always leave some sauce with mushrooms)....
