This is a recipe that I came up with for my husbands Monday Night Football buddies. They have a little "kick" to them.

Ingredients

  • 6 large
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 Tbsp
    mayo or miracle whip whichever you prefer. you can add more if needed.
  • 1 tsp
    chopped jalapeno, fresh or jar
  • 1 tsp
    dill or sweet relish. i use sweet.
  • 1 tsp
    paprika
  • dash(es)
    salt and pepper
  • dash(es)
    cayenne pepper

How to Make Cajun Deviled Eggs

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice cooled eggs, place yolk in small bowl. Smash yolk with fork and add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Spoon mixture into egg white. Refrigerate until ready to use. Garnish with Paprika.
