- 12 large eggs boiled
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper diced small
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon crystal hot sauce
- salt to taste
- smoked paprika
- micro greens for garnish
How To Make cajun deviled eggs

Step 1Cut the eggs in half. Remove the yolks and smash with a fork. Add the mayo, Dijon Mustard, Cajun seasoning, red bell pepper, hot sauce and salt.

Step 2Place the yolk mixture back into the whites of the eggs. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and garnish with micro greens.
