Ingredients For cajun crab deviled duck eggs

  • 8 lg
    duck eggs
  • 2 tsp
    cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 c
    miracle whip
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley minced
  • 1
    shallot minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    celery salt
  • 5 oz
    crab meat chopped

How To Make cajun crab deviled duck eggs

  • 1
    Boil the eggs about 10 minutes and drain add to bowl of ice water. Once cooled cut in half and remove the egg yolks. Mash the egg yolks with a fork.

    Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to the egg yolks. Mix well and fill the whites of the eggs. Enjoy
