- 8 large duck eggs
- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup miracle whip
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons parsley minced
- 1 shallot minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 5 ounces crab meat chopped
How To Make cajun crab deviled duck eggs

Step 1Boil the eggs about 10 minutes and drain add to bowl of ice water. Once cooled cut in half and remove the egg yolks. Mash the egg yolks with a fork.

Step 2Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to the egg yolks. Mix well and fill the whites of the eggs. Enjoy
