buffalo chicken cheese fries

Ingredients

  • 16-oz bag - frozen crinkle-cut french fries
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 cup - cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 strips - bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup - shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup - buffalo wing sauce
  • 3 tablespoons prepared ranch dressing (bottled, not the dry mix)
  • 3 tablespoons bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 2 - green onions, chopped (for garnish)

How To Make buffalo chicken cheese fries

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Step 2
    Place frozen fries in 9x13-inch baking dish, season with salt, pepper and chives. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove baking dish from oven, and increase oven temperature to Broil.
  • Step 4
    In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese and buffalo sauce. Spread chicken mixture evenly over baked fries. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top, then sprinkle blue cheese on top.
  • Step 5
    Place baking dish under broiler for about 2 minutes, or until the cheeses start to melt. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top, and serve immediately.
