·6 hard cooked eggs

·1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

`2 tbsp. mayonnaise

·2 tbsp. whipping cream

·1 tbsp. minced parsley

·1/4 tsp. salt

·1/8 tsp. black pepper

·1/4 tsp. celery salt

·1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
How to Make Blue Cheese Stuffed Eggs
- Cut eggs in halves and remove yolks. Mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, whipping cream, parsley, salt, pepper, celery salt and vinegar til thick and smooth. Fill egg whites with mixture, Chill til ready to serve. Makes 3 to 4 servings
