Ingredients

10 - hard boiled eggs peeled and cut in half
1 - avocado
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
- sliced black olives
- sriracha sauce
- fish roe (optional)

How To Make blood shot eyes guacamole deviled eggs

Step 1

Mash up the avocado with the hard yolks from the egg. Mix in the mayo and salt.

Step 2

Scoop the yolk mixture into the tops of the whites. Lay one piece of black olive in the middle. Drizzle the Sriracha sauce in streaks on the eggs.
Step 3

With tweezers place fish roe in the middle of each olive for the pupil.
